4. Products

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. Product colors may slightly vary due to screen display differences. All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and are subject to change without notice.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We offer the following payment methods:

  • 💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay when your order arrives at your door
  • 💳 Credit/Debit Card — pay securely at checkout

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation or COD verification.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Linenior delivers across Pakistan — from Karachi to Lahore, Islamabad to Peshawar, and everywhere in between. Delivery times may vary depending on your city and location. While we strive to deliver as quickly as possible, Linenior is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Exchange Policy

We offer a 10-day exchange policy from the date of receiving your item. We accept exchanges in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The item does not match the description or your expectations
  • You simply don't like it

To be eligible, items must be unwashed, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Exchanges are not accepted on sale items.
