We have a 10-day exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchanges in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The item does not match the description or your expectations
  • You simply don't like it — no problem, we've got you covered

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unwashed, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Wrong Items

Exceptions

Exchanges are not accepted on sale items.
