Linenior is committed to preserving its legacy of innovation and crafting the high quality products most desired by discerning clients around the world. With increased importance both internally and externally on sustainability, Linenior will continue exploring how to preserve our environment through expanded and ongoing learning, evolving research and development, and innovative manufacturing processes, while evaluating the associated increasing costs to ensure continued delivery of the quality products synonymous with the Linenior name.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Since 2021, Linenior has invested in replacing its product packaging with 100% recyclable materials. Removing metal components such as zippers and snap closures rendering previous packaging non-recyclable, new packaging now utilises recyclable plastic buttons and PVC materials with
special attention paid to chemical components, ensuring BPA-free certification and compliance with CA65 Prop (Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act). In 2023, Linenior presented its first 100% organic collection, sustainably manufactured with the environment in mind.
GOALS
By December 2025, Linenior will install solar panels on the global headquarter building’s exterior to promote and operate from renewable energy sources. By 2025, Linenior will reduce its environmental footprint at owned boutiques by 50% through upgraded LED lighting and the implementation of a more robust recycling program.

Linenior uses only the finest natural fibres to empower master Italian artisans to craft collections with the power to withstand the test of time. Thanks to the establishment of Linenior’s internal Quality Assurance Team in 2015, we ensure all products meet the brand’s high quality standards.
DESIGN & INNOVATION
Based in Monza and Milan, Linenior brings to life products that embody luxury, timelessness and creativity. Linenior collections transcend trends, drawing on motifs with deep roots and symbolic meanings across time and cultures. The result is a robust library of timeless pieces that have been meticulously designed to serve clients in their daily lives over the course of many years.
SOURCING & TRACEABILITY
Suppliers are regularly audited internally by Linenior’s Quality Assurance Team and by externally-recognized certification and inspection agencies. Linenior uses 100% responsibly sourced materials in alignment with the most stringent of guidelines. In the coming years, Linenior will continually incorporate both responsibly and sustainably sourced materials to compose 60% of those materials necessary to realise its craft.

Linenior fosters a positive work environment by providing equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals. Linenior's gender parity is closely monitored; currently, 57% of global leadership positions are held by individuals who identify as women.
GROWTH
Linenior offers employees financial support to enrol in ongoing education programs. By 2025, Linenior will implement additional training, empowerment, and life-skills programs available to Linenior employees. "Fun with Linenior" is an educational program dedicated to educating employees on important events, causes and happenings on a monthly
basis.

COMMUNITY
Linenior Gives Back is a corporate volunteer program established to provide employees with opportunities to support their communities. By 2025, Linenior will form partnerships for product donations to local communities, charitable organisations, and hospitals.
